Title: Cocktail Server for Altitude Sky Lounge

Altitude Sky Lounge is seeking an experienced Cocktail Server to join their team. Located on the rooftop of the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter hotel, Altitude offers a fast-paced environment with an energetic atmosphere and spectacular views.

This is a part-time position paying $17.25 per hour, overtime eligible. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of three shifts per week, up to five as needed. Shifts are primarily on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility for Fridays and Saturdays. Shift hours range from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., and during baseball season or special events, shifts can start as early as 1 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously
Serve beverage and food orders throughout the bar area
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and upsell when appropriate
Accurately itemize bills and handle payments
Maintain communication with bartenders and beverage ambassadors to ensure guest satisfaction
Address customer needs and report issues to the shift supervisor
Assist in bar operations as needed
Clean and restock service items
Follow Altitude Sky Lounge service policies and procedures
Complete side-work duties as assigned
Maintain a polished appearance and positive attitude

Requirements:

Prior experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a background check
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
