Job Description
Title: Bartender - Intercontinental Mark Hopkins
Pay: $28.18/hour
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm welcome for every guest, setting the tone for their experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard while promoting current offers.
- Manage bar stock, inventory, and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant colleagues to ensure seamless food and drink service.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Compliance with local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service; must meet minimum legal age and be fluent in the local language.
- Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable.
