Bartenders must create a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds, and bending or stooping as needed. Additional reasonable job duties may be assigned.
