Position Summary: Ensure guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games in a fun atmosphere.
Maintain clear communication with supervisors about any issues and take prompt corrective action when necessary.
Create a warm and enjoyable environment for guests and team members.
Follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures.
Manage personal cash bank accurately, processing all financial transactions correctly.
Assess guest behavior and involve management when necessary.
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Keep the bar station clean and organized.
Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions.
Use Micros POS system efficiently for order entry and transaction processing.
Complete opening and closing duties and assist with party setup and breakdown.
Promote the brand by participating in incentives and contests.
Assist team members as needed and help maintain high morale and productivity.
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by monitoring guest needs and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment while standing for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and sweeping.
Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
Adherence to dress code and maintenance of a neat, professional appearance.

Salary Range: $16.90 per hour
