Position Purpose: The barback supports bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed for efficient service, including clean glassware, prepared garnishes, and stocked liquor, beer, spirits, ice, napkins, and straws. They maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and assist with restocking from the walk-in.
