Title: Bartender
Location: San Vicente Bungalows - West Hollywood, CA 90069 Salary: $20.22 per hour

Following the success of the West Hollywood location, new sites are opening in Santa Monica and New York City.
Position Purpose: The Bartender prepares alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for guests promptly and provides exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the mise en place for featured cocktails
- Ensure bar is well stocked and inform manager when supplies run low
- Greet guests promptly as they arrive at the bar
- Clear bar area after guests leave and properly organize tableware for washing
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests
- Communicate with servers, hosts, and Maitre D for efficient seating and service
- Thank guests upon departure
- Maintain high personal cleanliness and impeccable uniform presentation
- Support team members whenever possible
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel
- Must possess a current Serve Safe Food Handler Card and ABC alcohol certification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to carry/push beverage trays weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
