Position Summary:
Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes using proper measuring systems. Open and serve wine and champagne bottles. Maintain cleanliness and order of the bar, tables, and equipment. Prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Transport supplies to the bar area and wash glassware. Remove soiled items promptly and anticipate replenishment needs.
Process all payment methods accurately, count cash bank at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure receipts, and ensure the security of cash and inventory. Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas. Perform closing duties to prepare the bar for the next shift.
Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete required safety training. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality. Welcome guests warmly, address their needs attentively, and thank them sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Foster positive working relationships and support team goals.
Essential physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds; maneuvering in confined spaces; and performing tasks that require fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
