Job Description: As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences by preparing and serving beverages with excellent service standards. Responsibilities include:

Assisting guests with beverage preparation and service at the bar and restaurant efficiently
Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and assist in drink selections based on their preferences
Maintaining knowledge of all drink offerings, cocktails, spirits, and menu items
Complying with company standards and safety guidelines
Contributing to food and beverage sales by promoting drinks and specials
Accurately taking orders and processing them through the Micros system
Preparing guest checks, collecting payments as required
Operating, maintaining, and cleaning all bar equipment
Ensuring the bar is well-stocked and the work environment is safe

Qualifications:

Preferred minimum of one year bartending experience in luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
Professional appearance and demeanor with good character
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications (food handler, alcohol training)

Compensation: The targeted wage for this full-time/part-time/on-call position is $12.14 per hour plus tips.
