Bartender

Bartenders are more than just drink makers—they are the hosts of the party, salespeople, and hospitality leaders. They create experiences, make high-quality drinks, build relationships, and help make every visit memorable for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate genuine hospitality through eye contact, smiles, enthusiasm, and attentive service.
Actively engage with guests throughout the dining room, patio, and bar.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for all beverages.
Prioritize greeting guests with a smile and eye contact over stocking or cleaning tasks.
Focus on fast service and a guest-first mentality.
Participate in events like Bingo, Live Music, and DJs to ensure their success.
Maintain awareness of guest needs across all service areas.
Set the atmosphere through music, lighting, TVs, temperature control, misters, and heaters.
Support overall restaurant operations during peak periods and assist dining area staff when needed.
Keep glassware, equipment, storage areas, and service stations clean and organized.
Ensure all guest-facing areas remain welcoming.
Collaborate and communicate with managers, service teams, support staff, and fellow bartenders.
Engage customers in a fun but professional manner.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol regulations by verifying age, serving responsibly, and monitoring guest consumption.
Report safety concerns, guest incidents, and maintenance issues promptly.
Complete all required certifications and training.
Accurately follow company cash-handling and POS procedures.

Requirements:

Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service.
Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism, accountability, and urgency.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout a shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to drive beverage sales through suggestive selling and enthusiastic engagement.

Pay & Benefits:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour including tips
