Job Title: Bartender (Seasonal)

Location: Denver, CO 80216 Employment Type: Seasonal (Late September - Early November 2026) Hourly Rate: $16.27/hr plus tips

Join Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, the nation’s leader in immersive, story-driven live events and haunted attractions. As a Seasonal Bartender, you will help create thrilling guest experiences by preparing and serving a variety of themed cocktails, classic beverages, and creative mocktails.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks accurately and with style in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Engage guests with a friendly, confident attitude to foster a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
Recommend drink selections and upsell featured event specials.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and balance cash drawer at shift end.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are stocked.
Follow sanitation, safety guidelines, and company policies on responsible alcohol service.
Verify guests’ legal drinking age and monitor for signs of intoxication.
Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth bar operations and assist with setup and breakdown.

Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age at time of hire.
Legally authorized to work in the United States (employment eligibility verified through E-Verify).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during event season.
Experience using POS systems preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume environment.
Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability under pressure.
