Our Expectations: As a Bartender, you must be willing and able to:
- Be cross-trained in at least three service positions (desirable)
- Greet each guest with a smile and warm welcome
- Multi-task effectively and be proactive
- Work well in a team environment
- Stand for long periods
- Bend, kneel, and lift between 25 and 50 pounds
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present the bar menu
- Check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
