Title: Seasonal Event Bartender

Location: Roth’s Sea and Steak - Colorado Springs, CO 80921 Position Type: Seasonal Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly Category: Restaurant - Food Service

Who You Are: Roth’s Sea & Steak is seeking a passionate, service-driven Seasonal Event Bartender to help deliver exceptional guest experiences at one of Colorado’s premier outdoor amphitheaters. This role supports a world-class team in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with bartenders to ensure seamless and efficient in-seat service.
Anticipate guest needs by providing water, replenishing beverages, and assisting with clearing and resetting tables and firepits.
Support precise and careful food and beverage delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and guest areas.
Uphold the restaurant’s hospitality, presentation, and guest engagement standards.
Assist in preparing service items to ensure flawless dining setups.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of bartending or events bartending experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of food service, cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional appearance, poise, and a commitment to excellence and integrity.
Proficient with modern POS systems and digital ordering tools.
Experience in private dining or events is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Availability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for up to 8–10 hours per shift.
Ability to work in various kitchen environments (high temperatures, cold storage, noisy settings).
Effective communication skills in a busy environment.
