**Bartender**

We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to hospitality and extraordinary guest experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

Craft and serve cocktails professionally, adhering to our high standards.
Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional, prompt, and courteous service.
Efficiently serve 3-4 tables or guests seated at the bar as directed by management.
Prepare cocktails with the correct amount of alcohol and ingredients to ensure perfect taste.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to assist guests.
Promote and sell both food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area.
Check guest identification to confirm legal drinking age; refuse service politely when necessary.
Monitor guest behavior when serving alcohol, track drink count, and offer alternative transportation if needed.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, maintaining excellent personal hygiene.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a server or bartender.
Proficiency in suggestive selling of food and beverage items.
Basic math skills to make change.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Compliance with state requirements, including health and alcohol compliance cards as applicable.
Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to stand and move throughout entire shifts.
Physically capable of reaching, carrying, lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, and wiping.
Adherence to personal hygiene standards and frequent hand washing.
Legal age to serve alcohol.
