Job Description
Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. They mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks based on customer preferences, ensuring guests have a great experience at the bar or lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Verify customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to mix classic and innovative drinks according to customer preferences
- Capability to verify legal drinking age
- Experience managing bar supplies and inventory
