Title: Bartender

Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living

Job Description: Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you will craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service
Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons
Take food and beverage orders and process payments
Replenish and prepare supplies as needed

Requirements:

Meet the state age requirements for serving alcohol
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred; training must be completed within 90 days of employment unless state law requires earlier
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
