The Bartender will maintain the existing bar program and assist management in developing upcoming phases. Responsibilities include training new bartenders and bar backs, assisting with inventory management, organizing cleaning schedules, and maintaining batching consistency and par levels. The Bartender is expected to provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service while upholding company standards in a fast-paced, fun environment.
