Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and upbeat bartender who is passionate about providing great guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Join Beef 'O' Brady's in Apollo Beach for full-time or part-time positions.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef's recipes
- Present guest checks and take payments
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep the bar station and service areas clean and organized
- Complete duties independently
Bartender Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old, according to state and local laws
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to carry and balance multiple food and beverage items
- Competent in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Ability to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
