Responsibilities:

Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the bar area.
Prepare and serve beverages and food to servers and guests efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
Multi-task several orders simultaneously.
Serve guests following state and local alcohol service guidelines, including checking identification.
Monitor guests for intoxication and notify management or security as needed.
Process payments accurately.
Maintain bar inventory and complete opening and closing checklists.
Respond to general customer inquiries.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma preferred.
Minimum of 3 years bartending experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
Excellent communication skills.
Energetic and enthusiastic.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
May be required to assist customers in a semi-enclosed terrace where smoking is permitted.
Must apply for and obtain appropriate state occupational gaming license, including lifetime FBI background check.
Must pass drug testing and applicable background checks in accordance with company policy.
