Title: Bartender Fling Bar

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service by preparing drinks promptly and accurately
- Handle high-volume customer interactions with an outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful attitude
- Build guest relations by engaging with customers to make them feel welcome and comfortable
- Sell amenities, accurately ring orders, take payments, and make change
- Understand and adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and assist with inventory
- Use bar equipment and cash systems properly
- Know guest alcohol limits and enforce company policies regarding consumption
- Stay informed about casino events and promotions and assist when needed
- Handle routine customer complaints with discretion, escalating to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
- Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by removing guest litter
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Proficient in English and use of iOS devices
- Ability to obtain a 1055 gaming license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
