Job Description
Title: Barback
We are looking to add a Barback to our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an organization that values its team members as its most important resource and takes pride in selecting individuals who help us achieve our company’s mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure bar supplies are stocked and available as backup
- Assist in restocking bar supplies including beverages and garnishes
- Change kegs as necessary
- Clean and collect empty glasses and bottles from tables and surrounding areas
- Wipe down tables and bar tops
- Restock garnishes, mixes, and ice as needed
- Ensure glassware is clean and available
- Run food items to the bar as needed
- Empty trash in and around the bar area
- Maintain clean rags at each bartender’s station
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shifts
- Availability for day and evening shifts
- Availability on weekends and holidays
Supplemental Pay:
- Tips
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
Work Setting:
