**Position:** Bartender

**Department:** Food and Beverage

**Employment Type:** Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Set up and break down assigned bar areas.
Handle all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy.
Complete all assigned paperwork accurately.
Ensure compliance with all health codes.
Direct barbacks to restock as needed.
Serve customers in accordance with ASM/Savor alcohol policies.
Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of bar operations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Adaptability to changes in the work environment, managing multiple demands.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
Compliance with health codes.
Completion of Alcohol Compliance Training.
Ability to pass a background check, including a credit history report.
Effective oral and written communication skills.

**Education and Experience:**

Previous bartending experience preferred.

**Physical Demands:**

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for short periods.
Frequent reaching, standing, walking, and stooping.
Regular use of hand-eye coordination.
Work may occur indoors or outdoors during events.
