Responsibilities:
- Create a learning and nurturing environment for front-of-house team members to promote sales success and internal career growth
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, proactively recruit and mentor team members
- Facilitate company training programs, monitor performance, and ensure skill application on the job
- Manage restaurant expenses ensuring budget compliance
- Foster open and authentic communication with restaurant team and corporate partners
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
- Administer safety programs to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
- Safely operate bar equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
