Job Description
We are looking to add Bartenders to our team, including Banquet Bartenders and Bartenders for our restaurants. Competitive Wages: Pooled service charge on all orders.
Essential Functions:
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Complete orders for beverages and supplies
- Arrange bottles and glasses to create an attractive display
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Wash bar glasses and dishes
- Check ID for all guests and comply with state and federal laws
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
- Respond to questions and special requests
- Provide information and directions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume fine dining bartending or banquet bartending
- Background in hospitality or a related industry
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to pull, push, and carry boxes up to 25 lbs
