Position Summary:
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Open, issue, and serve wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and order of the bar, bar units, tables, and tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar area and wash soiled glassware. Remove used wares from bar top and tables, placing them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
Process all forms of payment, count cash bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals. Ensure quality and service standards are met. Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering in various environments as required. Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.
