ROLE SUMMARY: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests
- Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
- Stock and restock the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies, keeping proper track of guest credit cards
- Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume, fine dining bartending experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
- Excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
- Valid California Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, trustworthy, with attention to detail
