Job Description

Position Title: Signature North Lounge Barback

Pay Range: $14.00 to $14.00 per hour

Job Summary: The Barback is responsible for receiving and replenishing all liquor, beer, and wine from storerooms daily and as needed throughout the shift. This role supports bar operations by maintaining cleanliness and stocking supplies to ensure efficient service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Retrieve food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the bar area.
Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver them to the bar.
Set up bottles on the bar with 'top shelf' liquors on the back shelf.
Ensure beer taps are working properly.
Place appropriate bar snacks on counters and keep supplies such as snacks and napkins stocked.
Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Bus tables in the bar area.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas, including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop service areas.
Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartenders.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking supplies, cleaning service areas, and busing tables.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment to support bar operations.
