Location: Orlando Airport F&B Compensation: $6.98 to $10.99 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders, providing product information and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages by mixing ingredients according to recipes.
- Serve beer and other beverages.
- Handle payments and operate cash registers following company cash handling policies.
- Communicate ticket times and potential issues to management and servers.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests.
- Adhere to all HMSHost customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies.
Requirements:
- Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Minimum one year of related bartending experience; experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including preparation and presentation.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with the ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Frequent hand immersion in water and chemical solutions.
