Job Description
Join the Beef 'O' Brady's winning team at St Cloud! We are seeking a friendly and upbeat bartender passionate about creating amazing guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow company steps of service for taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to recipes
- Present guest checks and process payments
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
- Complete duties with minimal supervision
Bartender Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age (or as per local regulations)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Competent in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
