Job Description
Texas Roadhouse is a people-first company that serves legendary food and drinks. We are seeking a Bartender who can create loyal customers and serve our legendary drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and prepare alcoholic beverages
- Comply with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- Demonstrate excellent salesmanship
- Accurately use the point of sale (POS) system for order placement and payment processing
- Maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibit teamwork at all times
Requirements:
- Strong salesmanship skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Capable of handling cash and credit card transactions
- Adherence to legal alcohol service requirements
