Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $10.98/hour plus tips

Job Summary: Our Bartenders are essential team members in the scratch kitchen restaurant. They must provide excellent customer service and deliver an exceptional, personalized guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of beverages
- Understand restaurant layout, server areas, and food delivery processes
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests’ needs are met
- Set and clear tables efficiently according to company standards
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service
Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain where applicable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
