Job Title: Bartender Department: Beverage Reports To: Manager, Beverage FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Amerant Bank Arena

Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for the fast and efficient sale of alcoholic beverages and some food items at concession stands throughout the arena. This role requires accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system, order fulfillment, and adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities:

Fill beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Practice responsible alcohol service.
Manage all sales and transactions using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation before, during, and after shifts.
Assist with setup and teardown of bar area and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years.
At least 2 years of bartending experience with POS knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt to various work locations within the arena.
Comfortable working in a noisy, crowded environment with variable temperatures and lighting.

Work Schedule: Non-exempt, part-time position requiring flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
