Rosie's Bar and Grill, a popular casual full-service restaurant in Wilton Manors, is seeking experienced Barbacks to join our team. As a Barback, you will support our bartenders and ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Ensure all glassware and utensils are clean and polished
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Passion for guest-first service and attention to detail
- Proven track record as a high-level performer
- Self-driven and able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
