Job Description
Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $2.13/hour + tips

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
- Prepare and execute alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and coordinate food delivery within the restaurant.
- Partner with other hospitality team members to ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro standards.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic beverage service.
Job Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
