Job Title: Bartender Location: Atlanta Reporting to: Bar Manager

Position Overview

As a Bartender, you play a key role in delivering smooth bar service and consistently high-quality drinks. Under the guidance of the Bar Manager, you'll craft beverages with care and efficiency while helping to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your attention to detail, speed, and passion for hospitality will uphold our standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily bar operations by preparing your station, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure efficient service.
Collaborate closely with fellow bartenders and support staff to deliver a seamless guest experience and foster a positive team environment.
Prepare drinks consistently and to specification, supporting seasonal menus and promotions.
Monitor stock levels at your station, flag low or missing items, and handle ingredients and equipment responsibly to minimize waste.
Engage with guests to create a warm atmosphere, serve drinks quickly and accurately, and maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of fast-paced service.
Team player comfortable supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
Confident in preparing drinks, maintaining a clean bar area, and following service standards.
Knowledge of stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimization.
Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Eagerness to learn about beverages, cocktails, and industry trends.
Ability to work flexibly and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to support new menus, seasonal offers, and team initiatives.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for short periods and frequently stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds as required, with frequent lifting from floor to shoulder height.
Ability to twist, reach, grasp, and manipulate objects constantly.
Comfortable working in varied temperature environments.
Frequent hand washing and sanitation required.
Ability to use knives and other food preparation equipment safely.
