Use proper drink mixing tools and techniques with attention to detail.
Prepare correct garnishes and fruit for cocktails.
Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Respond appropriately to customer concerns.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
Operate and maintain glass washers and sanitizers.
Perform opening and closing side work as directed.
Deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public whether working for a national brand or a local iconic concept.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of menu offerings and drink mixing techniques.
Ability to verify legal drinking age.
Understanding and adherence to alcohol awareness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
Provide professional guest service.
Maintain a clean and sanitized bar environment.
Accurately process financial transactions through the POS system.
