Position Summary: Puttshack is seeking a diverse team of hospitality associates dedicated to creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Barback position is essential in supporting bartenders to serve guests efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring the dining room, bar, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing. Barbacks assist bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and maintaining a smooth operation.
Schedule/Hours: Our venues operate 7 days a week, generally from 11am to 1am, with some variations. Scheduling preferences will be considered but are not guaranteed. Shifts typically range from 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
