Job Title: Bartender / Barista

Location: Lenbrook Square Foundation, 3747 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $20.00 per hour (non-tipped position)

Job Summary: Provide alcohol and wine service to residents and guests, creating an enjoyable dining experience in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Lenbrook’s policies and procedures. Take and serve drink orders while maintaining a safe and clean bar environment. Operate within a framework that ensures the care and safety of residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Serve drinks to residents and guests as ordered
Follow all safety, legal, and sanitation rules and regulations
Promote responsible alcohol consumption and ensure fire safety awareness
Assist with evacuation procedures if needed
Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal and medical information
Protect department property and assets
Set up and serve party bars as required
Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the bar area, including glassware
Report stock levels for ordering and inventory purposes

Requirements:

Knowledge of alcoholic beverage recipes, wine service, and POS system operation
Ability to multitask, managing drink preparation and direct table service
Certification in alcohol service safety (or ability to obtain)
Familiarity with local and state alcohol laws and responsibilities
High level of sensitivity and interest in working with older adults
Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Skills:

High energy and ability to stay on feet for extended periods
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of dietary nutrition is a plus
