Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Barback to join the team!

Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required. Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is dedicated to delivering an exciting and high-quality experience in karting, virtual reality, arcade games, and events, all in clean venues staffed by knowledgeable team members.

Position Summary: The Barback is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs and supporting bartenders by maintaining clean and well-stocked bars to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and positively.
Deliver food and beverages professionally according to company standards.
Collect, wash, sanitize, and restock all glassware and barware.
Continuously restock bartender stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins.
Maintain sanitary conditions at all stations following restaurant and health standards.
Keep work areas organized and proactively clean and reset tables.
Properly dispose of broken glassware.
Rotate and restock produce, beer, wine, and liquor inventory.
Deliver energetic guest service with urgency.
Monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive experiences.
Maintain working knowledge of the brand, products, policies, and procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
Be aware of and follow facility emergency procedures.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude.
Ability to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Lift regularly up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and stocking.
Work in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
Follow and maintain safety standards consistently.
