Title: Cocktail Server (Part Time)

Location: Boise State - 1910 W University Drive, Boise, ID 83725

We are hiring immediately for a part-time Cocktail Server position. This is an event-based schedule with more details provided during the interview. Online applications are accepted only.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

No prior experience required; willing to train.
Must be able to perform essential physical functions related to food service and prep work.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
Carry pans, kettles, and trays in accordance with safety standards.
Store food following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, cash control, sanitation, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
