Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates to maintain high performance standards.
Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced store environment.

Working Conditions:

Duties are normally conducted in a store environment.
Exposure to temperatures of approximately 28°F in coolers and -20°F in freezers.
Work may involve handling sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and moving equipment.
The position can be stressful due to fast-paced operations.

Qualifications:

Ability to solve practical problems and manage multiple variables.
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Visual requirements include clear vision at distances from less than 20 inches up to 20 feet, with color vision and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for proper ordering and stocking.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Transparency: Starting wages will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for higher compensation.
