Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
Maintain performance standards and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.
Work in a fast-paced store environment, handling multiple priorities and stressful situations.

Requirements:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Visual clarity at distances from less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, including color vision and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and merchandising.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to work in environments with temperatures around 28°F in coolers and -20°F in freezers.
Ability to handle sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.

Pay Transparency: Starting rates are no less than local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for higher compensation.
