Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
Maintain performance and customer service standards.
Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Work is conducted in a store environment.
Exposure to temperatures around 28°F in cooler areas and -20°F in freezers.
Occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.
Position involves use of sharp knives.
Must be able to work shifts varying in length and times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Ability to write identifying information and request supplies.
Visual requirements include clarity of vision from less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, color vision, and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for proper merchandising.

Pay Transparency: Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
