Job Description
Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
- Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
- Maintain performance and customer service standards.
- Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced store environment.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to temperatures around 28°F in coolers and -20°F in freezers.
- Handling sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to solve practical problems and manage multiple variables.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
- Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
- Visual acuity for close and distance tasks, including color vision and depth perception.
- Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and merchandising.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
