Title: Bartender - Music Hall

Job Summary: Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. Responsibilities:

Interact with guests naturally and friendly
Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business
Complete a pour test prior to every shift where applicable
Suggestively sell beverages and menu items
Deliver food and beverage orders promptly
Prioritize and organize drink orders
Prepare beverages consistently according to standard recipes and venue specifications
Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log
Recognize and refuse service to intoxicated guests courteously; notify management
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local laws and policies
Request proper ID for guests appearing under 30
Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Perform opening, running, and closing duties following policies
Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately
Maintain bartender bank and perform cash pull/check-out procedures
Maintain appropriate comp and spill checks
Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue

Requirements:

Valid state or county alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
Cash handling experience
Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a timed pour test and mixology drill
Ability to handle intoxicated guests in a positive, safety-minded manner
Tolerance of diverse cultures, music, and art forms

Preferred:

4 years of experience in a high-volume environment
Experience recognizing valid IDs
Experience working in a live music environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Fast-paced, often loud and stressful
Extended periods standing and working on feet

Compensation: $12.62 - $16.60 per hour (based on factors including location, qualifications, and experience)
