Job Description

Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates to maintain performance standards.
Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities within a fast-paced store environment.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high customer service levels.

Requirements:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Visual requirements: clarity of vision at distances from less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, including color vision and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and merchandising.
Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to work in temperatures around 28°F in coolers and -20°F in freezers.
Position may involve handling sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.

Pay Transparency: Starting pay will be no less than local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for higher compensation.
