**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily operations of the coffee bar to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Lead and train staff
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
**Requirements:**
- Leadership qualities and relevant experience in coffee bar or retail management
- Qualifications and experience will influence the starting pay rate
**Pay Transparency:**
- Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications
- Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for higher compensation
