Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
Maintain performance standards and supervise all Coffee Bar activities.
Participate in daily Coffee Bar operations within a fast-paced store environment.
Manage multiple priorities and ensure high customer service levels.

Work Environment:

Duties performed in a store environment.
Exposure to cold temperatures: approximately 28°F in cooler and -20°F in freezer.
Occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.
Use of sharp knives during food preparation.

Qualifications:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Clear vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to 20 feet, including color vision and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and merchandising.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay at or above local minimum wage, varying by location, experience, and qualifications.
Possibility of compensation above the range for uniquely qualified candidates.
