Job Description
Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
- Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
- Maintain performance standards and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Work Environment:
- Duties performed in a store setting.
- Exposure to temperatures around 28°F when handling products in the cooler and -20°F in the freezer.
- Responsible for handling sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
- Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
- Visual acuity including color vision and depth perception.
- Able to read product descriptions and shelf tags accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
