Job Description

Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates.
Maintain performance standards.
Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities.

Work Environment:

Duties are conducted in a store environment with exposure to temperatures of approximately 28°F in coolers and -20°F in freezers.
Work involves using sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards.
Fast-paced environment where stressful situations may occur.

Qualifications:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Ability to write identifying information and request supplies orally or in writing.
Visual acuity including color vision and depth perception for reading boxes and shelf tags.
Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
