Job Title: Bartender

Job Description: Do you love the energy of a café and the craft of a cocktail? Solette is seeking a polished and personable café bar attendant to deliver exceptional service, from espresso to evening pours. If you have bartending experience and enjoy guest-facing roles, join our team where attention to detail and warm hospitality go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, tea, cocktails, and other drink orders according to guests’ specifications while maintaining Solette quality standards.
Follow Solette’s established service sequence for consistent food and beverage guest experiences.
Handle payment transactions in compliance with company and cash handling procedures.
Accurately input guest orders through the POS system.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Stay current with menu offerings and industry trends.
Assist in managing inventory for beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and other beverage ingredients.
Perform side work as needed (e.g., keeping the area clean, restocking).
Verify all guests’ identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Adhere to Solette’s beverage requisition and restocking procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
High School Diploma or GED.
